Default Cholesterol, uh oh

Went up from 247 to 280 in the 4 weeks I've been on induction.

Triglicerides went up to 613.

Oh no! Now what?

Joseph...

It's very unusual, if almost unheard of, for someone's tryglycerides to go up when carbs are restricted to induction levels. Can you post some sample menus so that perhaps we can pinpoint what's going on?
Also...4 weeks into the diet is a little soon to be getting your cardiac profile done. If you had a test when you began, you should wait a minimum of 6 weeks before getting it tested again, preferably a few months longer.
