Question Fish

I have a question for the experts in LC. I love fish very much and I;m wondering are we allowed to have fried fish? I hope we can becuz I had some last night.

But I think I was really good becuz I only used egg and season salt on it. No meal or flour. But I did use hot sause and tarter sauce on it.

Also I work until about 10 at night and my finace thinks that's too late to be eating, what should I do?

HELP

Fried fish is fine if you indeed left off the breading

Most fried foods are breaded with flour, cornmeal or breadcrumbs and that is why you hardly see any of us recommend fried foods.

If you are hungry eat. This isn't a starvation diet.

Well I'm proud of myself then. I looked for the meal but said NO i'm going to do this without but still fry it and you know what it turned out good. Tasted as if I had used meal.

So that's 1 for me.

Last question, what it I don't get a lot of calories in, will that harm me? And can I eat pickles (e.g. sour or dill)?

dill and sour pickles are okay normally. They do have carbs but not near as bad as the sweet ones.

Not sure if I understand the other question about calories. Fish is normally low calorie, but frying it in oil the fish will pick up a lot of oil to add calories back in.
