Question

I have been taking metabolife along with my low carb dieting is this ok to do. I started the diet on January 26 and weighed 302 as of February 16 I am down to 289 and still going. This is the only diet I have found that is working so well for me.

hi Christine,

Congratulations on your weight loss so far, that's awesome. 13 lbs in what, 3 weeks?? ... way to go ...

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the metabolife product... is it vitamins, herbs?? Could you post a list of the ingredients, that might be helpful. It seems that it's not HURTING your efforts, that's for sure.
