Default That's it!!!!

Bling! Light has gone on. I think I have figured out why the darn scale won't budge besides the normal.

I did not realize that my anti-depressents would keep me from losing weight. While I feel slimmer the scale has not budged and inch. Very depressing.

I am in the process of tapering them off anyway so I will just go a little faster than the long drawn out version, yes, I do have a choice on this according to dr.

Other than that, I will excercise now that TOM is gone and I am carefully measuring EVERYTHING to make sure I don't overdo the cheese and stuff.

Just had to share.

Just make sure your doctor is aware of the modifications you are making so any symptoms can be easily identified.

Take care...

I hope this helps out! It may take awhile for the medication to get completely out of your system. Please keep us posted on if it helps!
