Unhappy fell off the wagon

I had been in induction for 2 weeks. Ii had lost maybe three lbs. I went to New Orleans with girlfriends, and got crazy. Went off my diet for 2 days. How long will it take me to get back on track? Two more weeks before I start burning again? I could just kick myself!

No, it shouldn't take 2 weeks. It takes about 2-3 days to get back into ketosis. Glad you're back on the wagon.

Well, carbs happen. When you fall off the wagon just get right back on immediately and learn from the experience. Believe me, this won't be the only time it happens. The important thing is sticking to it over the long haul.
Good luck.
