Default Were doing this all wrong!!

Kellogg's has recently discovered the secret to healthy eating and guaranteed weight loss. Kellogg's assembled a team of crack nutritionist who spent years trying to unlock this mystery. After thousands of painstaking hours they have hit the mother load! Ironically the answer was right in front of them the whole time! The answer my friends is Kellogg’s Special K cereal!

Here's your new WOE:

Eat a serving of Kellogg’s Special K, Special K Red Berries or Special K Vanilla Almond cereal for breakfast with 2/3 cup of skim milk and fruit.

- Replace either lunch or dinner with the Special K meal.

- Enjoy a Special K Bar as a snack, or eat fruits and vegetables for snacks.

- Eat your third meal as you normally would and consume beverages as you normally do.

Empty out your refrigerators and take the challenge: http://www.specialk.com/brand/sk_kay/overview.shtml

Happy New Year everyone!

The "Special K" plan has been around for a while. I think they're just dusting it off again because many people go on diets this time of year to shed the traditional 10-15 pounds gained over the holidays.

I don't like Special K. Do you think Captain Crunch would work just as well?

I think if you ate only a serving size ( usually 1 oz, or 2/3 a cup) of any cereal for breakfast and lunch, you would lose weight! Would have the hunger pains all day long to prove it!!

The special k plan reminds me of the tiny packet of granola that Jenny Craig said was my breakfast when I was on their plan LOL. I know people who have tried the special K diet none of them could stay on it long enough to lose weight.
