I'm Polish and I got this recipe from one of the low carb books. I've been making it for a while now and I love it!! Its easy and my kids love it!

LOW CARB VANILLA ICE CREA
1Q heavy cream (946 ml)
10 egg yolks
1/2 cup of splenda
3/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract (or any other flavor)
Mix the heavy cream with a mixer until whipped. In the seperate bowl mix egg yolks and splenda. Then add the mixture to the whipping cream, add the extract and mix it.
I use 15 x 9oz cups, but u can use any size cups to divide servings.
Pour the mixture into cups and freeze it overnight.
You can experimate and add nuts or anything you like......... let me know if you do because I love the ice cream just the way they are!!!! :-)))
BTW from the left over egg wites you can make LC bread :-)
each serving has 27g fat, 3g protein and only 4g carbs
