not trying to double post, but this forum is busier

i am trying to lose 125 pounds gained on depo provera over 5 years using LC. my next option is weight loss surgery.
i am wondering if anyone else here is going through this.
i would love to compare research,
especially regarding my new findings about depo-provera messing with your carbohydrate metabolism!!

thanks so much,
i have faith, i have lost 5 pounds in 5 days, and i hate hospitals so surgery does not really seem like an option!!
