Sore Throat

I've got a rotten sore throat today - my glands are not swollen so I don't think it's strep. Does anyone know of a good lozenge I can take that's not full of sugar? I'm starting to feel really bad...

Check in a drugstore for diabetic or sugar free lozenges. Zinc is good...get the lowest dosage and cut the pill in half then let it dissolve on your tongue. Doesn't taste that great but it works better than anything else!
