Seafood Recipe
I bought this bag of seafood combination. It has octopus, cuttlefish, squid, shrimp, mussels (all raw) and cooked clams.
According to the Nutritional Information (per 100g serving)
calories 50
protein 11g
fat 0.8g
carbs 0g
I know that the carbs on this is wrong because someone mentioned on the Atkins board that shrimp, mussels, clams and perhaps squid I can't remember have carbs. So how many carbs should I add per 100g? Please help.
Can anyone help me with a recipe to cook this? Or a batter? I need something simple since I'm not that great a cook. Please help.
