If you have the book (and you should) DADR then you can read on it.

Pretty much it's eating 5 meals a day for 5-7 days at only 200 calories each meal. Then the next 5-7 days you do 300 each meal then on the 3rd week of this you go back into Induction. This is only to be done if can't lose weight at all with Induction. This is dangerous to do per Dr. Atkins due to extreme weight loss, if you don't have metabolic resistance.

Again, it's in the book

Good luck,

I would recommend you not go over 5 days on it, slowly introduce Carbs back in and I mean SLOW. I did this once to get a jump on loss and it got me out of a stall. Looks like I may have to jump back onto it again...

Some people who try it do lose a couple of pounds, but they mostly put it all back on when they go off it.

Dr. Atkins suggested the fat fast only for people who were metabolically resistent which means can't get into ketosis In another thread you have said that you were in deepest ketosis for several weeks so the Fat Fast doesn't seem to be recommended in your case.

--Have posted menus so people can see what you are eating?
--Are you eating the veggies?
--Are you eating enough calories? If you go too low, your body refuses to drop any weight and hunkers down to try to survive the famine it thinks is happening. feed yourself into losing by eating lots of protein & fat foods along with the good carbs in veggies & salad.
-- Are you exercising so that you could be gaining muscle while losing fat, but the scales stand still for now?
--Have you previously been on low cal or low fat ways of eating? Your body could be making repairs to muscle tissue that are long overdue. So you are gaining good muscle while losing fat.
