Question Ketone Tests

I am on the Atkin's diet and have been in the Induction Period for a week now. I want to use Ketone Testing Strips to see if it shows anything yet. Because of the large amount of water I'm drinking each day, will that dilute the Ketone results? If so, when is a good time to take that test because I know testing right after a meal affects the results too. Thanks for the assistance.

The keytone strips are a fun way for low-carbers to see if they are in ketosis however they arent neccessary. If U drink lots of water [ which is most important ] then it may be hard to register much on them. Most people cut back on their water intake in the evening so that is likely the best time or 1st thing in the morning.
