Default Safe Fruits?

What are good fruits to eat during OWL? I know strawberries are generally thought to be safe, but are there any others? I looked up the carb count for blueberries, which I love, and they seemed way, way too high for OWL (except in tiny amounts and then there isn't too much point).

What other fruits are out there that are safe to snack in on moderation?

Thanks!
Honey

From another thread
In DANDR

Phase 2 fruits are:
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup cantaloupe or honeydew

Juices:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup tomato juice

In pre-maint you are said to add:

Fruit:
1/2 apple,
12 cherries
1 peach
12 grapes
1 cup strawberries
1/2 grapefruit
3/4 cup cantaloupe
1 kiwi
1 cup watermelon
1/2 cup fruit cocktail, canned in water
1 plum
1/3 cup banana
1 quava
1/3 mango

So there are the facts from Atkins himself. Really anyone says atkins says you can only have berries really needs to read the book again cause they are wrong. You are also supposed to add back lentils, kidney beans, black beans, navy beans, lima beans, northern beans, chickpeas, fava beans, pinto beans, brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, whole wheat cereal, barley and spinach pasta are all listed too. So many people act like you are never supposed to touch a bean or grain or fruit aside from berries again if you are doing atkins but you are supposed to try and add all these things back one at a time.
