Talking Back on track

Well, here I am I missed you guys. I have been a bad gril and gained back all my weight pluse more. I updated my profile and it's not a pretty picture. I admitt I am powerless over carbs and they are bad , bad for me. So I went on a year or so binge for several reasons that I won't bore you with. I know this works and I am determined to do this. I have to, I will be quiting somking in a day or so. I know if I don't do this I will just gain a ton of more weight to add to my all ready uncomfortable body. So Ladies and Gentelmen wish me LUCK!!!
