Question Oops 1 more thing...

Would it be okay to drink an Atkins shake for every meal for a day or 2? Or Maybe just for 2 meals? We're remodeling the kitchen and my mom had forbidden me to go in there. Haha Im sure I could grab a hardboiled egg or something...But I really like the shakes anyway...

If it were me, I'd take myself out to McDonalds for some bunless burgers.

It wouldn't harm you if it's just for a day or two, but I don't think the shakes are made to be meal replacements. If there's no vitamins or minerals added, you'll want to make sure you take all your supplements.

Cheers!

My concern with using the shakes as meal replacements for more than one meal a day, not to mention more than one day, would be the fact that you are not getting in enought calories. There are only 170 per can. Your body will go into starvation mode.
