Default Potty question?

This is really embarrassing, but I need an answer to it. I have heard that LCing will make you constipated. Well, it has done the complete opposite for me. I have the runs like crazy. Almost like water. All weekend. I was running to the bathroom. I feel ok today, have not had any thus far. Not only that, but have had my body "cleansed" you would think I would have lost weight. I gained one pound. I am on day 6 of induction. Have lost 3 pounds altogether. Do you think that the change in bowels is due to severe change in my diet? And will it eventually settle down. Thanks

It will settle down

Occassionally if I eat something I haven't had in a LOOOOOOOOOONG time.....it happens to me as well.

You might want to add some additional fiber to your diet as well. That will help "bulk" things up a bit.

I have had the same problem, months after leaving induction. My savior is psyllium husk capsules - I take one in the AM and one in the PM - now I am as right as rain! If I miss one however, watch out - that will be me running to the bathroom.

I beleive you can get the psyllium husks in bulk form, kind of like metamucile (which I beleive has sugar in it), but I prefer the convience of a pill.
