Default New LC'er saying Hi!

Hi all, I just wanted to jump out here and say hi to all. I was on a LC plan a number of months ago, and I loved it. It worked great, and I'm a fanatic for technicals, and know the science behind it is sound. Had trouble with weights back then doing the 7 day induction thing, and quit the plan. Found out about the CKD/TKD formats a few months ago, and am excited to get back into it. I officially start tomorrow, Monday, so today I'm throwing whatever I can get my hands on into my face, LOL. Any advice on the pros and cons of CKD vs. TKD just holler em at me. Will post more when I have the time. Love the site and will be hanging around for awhile.

Personally, I found the CKD a little hard to handle. I've discussed this with others and there appears to be some agreement that perhaps women fare better on the TKD. Obviously this isn't an issue for you but I thought I'd share nonetheless. One of the downfalls is the likelihood of overdoing the fat intake and having major carb cravings. I also found after my cu that I felt AWFUL. Major league slug. For me, the TKD is a minor tweak to the lc plan I was already on, helps my wo's and I don't fall into the carb pit afterwards.

Give them both a try and see what works. Good luck!
