Talking Horseradish Shrimp

This can be served as a finger food or we actually serve as main course

2 lbs of shrimp(peeled & devained, tails on)
1 lbs of bacon
1 jar of prepared horseradish
Cajun seasoning (optional) (I didn't use either, didn't want to tante the excellent flavor)
Garlic salt (optional)
toothpicks

Prepare bacon by cooking 3/4 done (cooked but not crisp you want it to bend)
(I used the stove the first time, baking sheet second (both work fine)
Butterfly shrimp
Drain all liquid from horseradish
Fill butterflied portion with horseradish
Wrap each shrimp with half of a slice of bacon
secure with toothpick
grill or bake until shrimp turn pink

Enjoy!
