Fiber?
How much fiber is to much in a days time. I got some flax o meal and upped my carbs some this week.. and have added a bit of flax o meal cereal in the morning (3days a week) and wow. I looked at my totals for he last few days and i have had somewhere around 20 grams of fiber... between flax and other vegies i eat... I am getting at least 1-2 cups salad foods and atleast 2 cups of vegies and the highest i have been in carbs after subtracting my fiber is around 20-25 carbs a day... I know hard to believe right... Mabe I need to find some less fiberous vegies... I know since my food increase I have been more regular and (even though I didnt have a problem before) but dont want to cause the extreme bowel irritation. My weight is now starting to fall a bit more with more food intake.. Does any of this make since...?
