Question Protien Power Vs. Atkins

Hi-
I am following the PPLP. I have realized most of the advice on here is geared towards Atkins. Sometimes I get confused. Is it bad if I follow the advice or is it ok? I know the concept of induction is different, I don't know if there are any other major differences. Can anyone clarify this for me?
Thanks,
~Michelle

Michelle, the major and minor differences are discussed in this thread ( Main Difference between Atkins and Protein Power? ) in the Protein Power subforum. It should answer most of your questions
