I had it today, they only have one flavor so far-Caramel Swirl is what it's called I think. Pretty yummy. Even my boyfriend thought it was great! I asked how many carbs were in it and they said 27g, but they showed me the nutritional label and I did the calculations and it came out to 8g Net Carbs for a scoop. I ate most of it and he finished it so I think I only had about 6g of it.
About a month ago I tried one of the smoothies from Planet Smoothie and they didn't taste rich, they had a flavor like it was mixed with water. It was thick though and the chocolate was ok, I would get one again if I had a coupon or something. I think 5g Net Carbs for those. And Smoothie King also has them. I haven't tried theirs yet so if you have, let me know how they are.
