I know some of you live in Hertfordshire and may be interested to learn that the Health food store (Victoria Health foods, upstairs at the Marks and Spencers end) stocks lots of low carb goodies and the range is increasing each time I go.
Today I bought Bellinea choc wafers and some sugar free shortbread, woodies bars, some sweets that taste just like strawberry campino sweets and some chewy sweets a bit like starburst. They also do Cavalier chocolate, Stute jam and protein keto slim bars.
Now I just wish they would stock the waffles which I have in the past bought mail order.

now why cant they open one in sunderland

Guess it might be worth asking in your local health food store. If enough people ask...
I think the little stores are more likely to respond to customers, at least in the short term.
