Ginger snaps

Does anyone know of a good LC ginger snap recipe? My Gram is dying for some, and I'm trying to help her out.

I don't know how good it is because I haven't tired it yet but LowCarbLuxury has a recipe for Ginger Snaps . I have been thinking of trying though because I love ginger snaps. Please tell me what you think if you end up making.
