Default Back to Ketosis & dropped weight I had gained on my vacation!

I am b ack to the weight I was at before I left for Puerto Rico already! And in ketosis already! That in fantastic! I was feeling disappointed in myself, but now, all is good!

However, I do have the headache and lethargy I felt during my first round of Induction. I am on day #2 again.

Default Good to hear it coming off

Unfortunately, everytime we cheat we pay the price the next day we start again.

The same thing happened to me but I regained 8 of the lbs. I lost on a recent trip to an amusement park. Luckily my weight is coming off too but the following day I almost quit the diet but found this board and decided to stay on it. Its the best way to lose. Lost 30 lbs. last year on this diet in like 3 months.

Looking forward to fitting back in to my hip hugger jeans I bought last year when I lost. My son said I looked like a teenager...lol !!!
