My husband was on induction for 2 months.......no weight loss. He is a diabetic and is taking the maximum amount of nutri-vitamins that Dr. Atkins suggests for metabolic resistant people. So, the next step is the Fast Fat. Please... any suggestions as to the meals he can have ..considering he does not like tuna, mayo, hard boiled eggs, caviar, pate? He DOES like macadamia nuts though. I do know the rules for fast fat.......just would like suggestions on what he'll be able to eat for each of his 200 calorie meals. Thanks so much for any suggestions.

Hi WIConnie! Check out this link.

Atkins Fat Fast

Hope this will help.

By the way, it is very dangerous so if he is losing inches maybe he should not do this. It is only for stalls.

Peace

Default Fast Fat update

I'm happy to report that my husband after being on the fast fat diet.....first the 4 days of 1000 cal. , then 7 days of 1200 calories, he was able to lose 7 pounds! Now today he had started the regular Induction.......and hopefully will be able to continue losing weight..though we know it will probably be at a slower rate. Thats ok...just so the weight is able to come off. Nothing was more discouraging for him than to be on Induction for a couple of months and not lose...and actually gain a pound or two. So the fast fat did its job and now we'd like to see the follow-through. I posted just in case anyone else who truely tried the Induction and was not able to lose can see that there is a way to break through and get your metabolism going.
