Default Calories and Fat way too low

I just put in my days eating into fitday and this is what I came up with.......

Total: 1007
Fat: 60 544 57%
Sat: 15 132 14%
Poly: 4 39 4%
Mono: 11 100 10%
Carbs: 20 42 4%
Fiber: 9 0 0%
Protein: 93 371 39%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%

Totals are way too low, but it seems like that is alot to eat. If you drink the shakes, how do you get your fat% and your calories up?

My foods are listed in my journal.

Holy smokes, girl, you need more calories, carbs and fat. Try softening three ounces of cream cheese in the microwave, mixing in a little splenda or DaVinci's and eating with a spoon.

Chicken Wings. Loaded with calories and fat because they're fried, but no carbs if you'e careful about the sauce.

This is also good with some butter mixed in. After it sets up its like a mousse

I had the same problem, now I take a tablespoon of Flaxseed oil with my morning supplements and it ups the fat wonderfully.

Add heavy cream to something, just a tablespoon will be enough.

Or the cream cheese desert.

Or a tablespoon of Mayo.

Or butter on your veg.

That will put you up in no time and you will be full as well.

Good Luck.

Avocado's are good for uping your fat count. Cook with Olive oil too.

Good luck.
