Hi Redawn. Congratulations on your success so far -- it's looks like you are off to a great start with a 14 pound loss.

I'm glad you are joining us for the next 135. I think it helps to do this all together.

Smile Welcome!

Helloooooo, redawn!

Welcome to the forum and to the Triple Digits Club! Just so you know, 135 is do-able! It takes focus, dedication, movement, education and preparation. But it is do-able! It just depends on how much you want it....

Post often and have fun. Lots to read and learn around here. Oh, and wonderful people too!

Donald

thanks people. . .I know it can be done and I am going to do it. . .I just spent my Friday night practicing dancing for the musical I am in. . .and my only worry was getting the steps and singing. . .not my being out of breath. . .not my back hurting. . .now 14 lbs did not do that. . .4 month at Curves did that. . .but now I am getting two different workouts! And this weight is going places! And even when I platued after the induction . . . I did not want to stop doing the Atkins. . .i feel great and it is so easy to follow. redawn

Default Congrats!

Hello Redawn -

Little known fact about me - I'm psychic and guess what? I know you're going to lose 135 pound, too!! (actually I am predicting 136... )

You're off to a great start and kudos for not getting down about the post-induction stall. I think I'm heading there myself, but will look to you and all our friends here to keep me motivated.

Welcome to the team!
