I dont really stress on it too much. But I have a 32 oz drink cup and I drink two of those at work. Then I try to keep a glass around at all times at home. I drink more when I'm working out and I always wake up in the middle of the night and drink some more. I also drink an ICE Botanical or 2 in the evening. I probably shouldn't but it keeps me from drinking my Vodka and diet.

I have always been a water drinker so it has never been too much of an issue for me. Some have to really force themselves to drink it.

I hear at least 64 ounces ~ and that is hard for me. I usually can get 48 in though.

From what i understand... 8, 8oz glasses (64 oz) plus an additional 8 oz. for each additional 20lbs you would like to lose.

I drink 64 oz. a day.. any more and i feel like i'm floating away
