Hi Im new to this who low carb thing. So any help would be helpful. I was wondering if anyone can tell me some good books to help me out the names and authors?

Hi! Look over to the right: see the link under "quick links" that says "Which low carb program is right for me?" That's the best starting point. There are several books listed.

Before you select a plan, read, read, read. Read which lc plan is right for me as a starting point. Then read postings in the diet plan you select. Maybe read some journals of members of that plan. Then read the book and make sure you fit the profile. Then follow the plan faithfully for a month and see where you are.
