Default motavation for you motavation for me

so i was wondering if anyone has any motavation things that they use to get where they need to go.
weather its a new outfit, or a bet with a friend whats your idea to keep you on track?
me and a couple girls at work took are worse fears or something we could never do and bet on it to keep us focused on track
mine is to touch a snake i know i can not ever do that so everytime if i was going to fall of track i would have to face a snake forget that lol
my one friend will have to wear a binkini down a busy street becasue she doesnt like showing her body off .
and the other one will have to touch raw hamburg meat because it grosses her out
what about anyone else ever try that ?
