I entered a 16 oz steak into fitday.com and it says that it has 98!! grams of protein, but let's face it, that's a HUGE hunk of meat!
Not sure if you've tried it before, but www.fitday.com is a very helpful site that many people on this boad (myself included) use to track their daily nutrition, exercise, weight and all that jazz. It's also got lots of handy reports you can run to help you make sure that you're getting everything you want or need in your diet...and it's free.
