Default Vitamins?

Hey Everyone!!!!

Just wondering what kind of vitamins everyone is taking?? I just picked up a can of the pre-packaged daily ones, a 30 day supply. Are these enough, or do I need other ones mixed in?

I take One a day (Carb Smart) 50 tablets. You should be okay with a multivitamin. Unless you are looking to address other issues. Good Day!

Twinlab Daily One...
Most multis don't have enough calcium and magnesium. You might want to supplement these at a 2:1 ratio, (500 mg:250 mg). Also, vitamin D (D3 cholecalciferol) needs to be way more than the RDA. Check out the thread on vitamin D.
