Default Bread ?

Iv'e been looking at a site that has low carb recipes and in a few of them i have seen so far they have wheat gluten flour and vital wheat gluten free flour and they are claiming that the end results are pretty low in carbs Tortilla's one and European style bread was another.

I thought flour was a real no no apart from soy and almond or something similar to non wheat flour?

hi CC,the carb count for wheat gluten flour isn,t too bad.
per 100 grams.
protein-80gs.
carbs-8gs.
fibre-<1.
fat<1.
could be an alternative to soya flour i suppose although i,ve never tried it yet.
