i have just been browsing through different forums and i am a little confused. under newbie mistakes, karen and some others were saying that sf jello with whipped topping is not o.k. i always thought it was an excellent choice for a snack. now i am reading that it isn't. help!! i pretty much eat 1 serving with 2 tb. of whipped topping out of the can every night.

My advice. If you're eating it and losing to your satisfaction, don't worry about it. If you stall, that might be something you should consider taking out of your daily menu. SF Jello contains aspartame which does cause some people to stall, but not all.
