Unhappy support?

I have been doing so well for the past three months, not a cheat in sight. So why am I stalled and feeling down *sigh* I haven't moved inches or pounds for weeks. I am not that close to my goal to slow down yet. maybe i have jinx'd my self for putting my mini goal at 150? hehe I know a real stall is 6 weeks, but i am seeming to gain. 6 pounds in the two weeks. not my tom, been eating excatly as i have been , feels like water weight. I am going back to writing every thing down again, maybe i am missing a few carbs that are adding up? I hate fitday, such a pain, rather keep it to pen and paper ! Okay got that all out.....

IMO, skip the salt, soda, ice cream, and peanut butter.

Big stallers for most people. LC anything, can stall too even if you are having it a few times a week.

Try going without these things for 2 weeks and I bet you'll lose.
