Default I need help regarding eating fat

Hi I've been on trying out the bodyopus and anabolic diets and my main problem is getting an adequate fat intake. The anabolic asks for 60% fat which is hard to get down. This may be a studpis question and it hurts my head to get around it but is it possible to drink oil to get the required fat intake?(ouch that hurts!)

Have you tried plugging in your food using fitday.com?

You may find that it's quite easy to get in the 60% range. A mere Tbsp. of olive oil - as well as other oils - has 120 calories. And eating the skin on chicken, tuna packed in olive oil, salmon, butter and mayonnaise will get your fat up there quickly.

You will barely notice it if you scramble eggs with a lot of butter or put an extra blob of mayo on salmon salad.

Thanks for the reply. By my calculations I need about 1800 cals from fat (60% of 3000cals), I wasn't sure about chugging olive oil although I am already on Flaxseed and Wheatgerm oil. I got that great tip about the chicken wings from one of your other posts and it's helping heaps, I just find it hard to get so much fat down. I haven't been able to find sugar free mayo in my country...yet. Right time for another cup of lard. Thanks for the help.
