Wink First two weeks

Today is my second week on induction and I have lost 10 pounds. I am happy with my results. When I first started Atkins I thought I would never be able to give up bread and sweets, but it was easy from the start. I was a diet coke addict when I started induction. I drank diet coke for the first three days, but felt like I was not following the diet correctly. So I stopped drinking it, I thought I would die without it, but I did not miss it one bit. I think about having a can of coke once in awhile, but it just does not appeal to me anymore. I feel so much better about myself now, my eating is no longer out of control. I am glad I gave Atkins a try, because now I feel as if I can lose the weight I want to lose and be confident with my body once my goal is reached.

Sounds like you are doing great! Congratulations on kicking the sweet craving! I was lucky in that I never drank pops or anything like that - so going to water only consumption wasn't a big deal.

Keep up the great work!
