Default Dangerous weekends!

My boyfriend and I love to enjoy life, like im sure most of you do too In the weekends we always end up going to some wine bar and my boyfriend orders some kind of a platter which are obviously full of carbs. I try not to take anything but it gets very hard after a glass or two. Any suggestions as to what I could nibble on when I go out in a wine bar etc....

I am not sure what the 'Sin diet' allows in the way of snacks. Maybe olives or nuts?

Or make some Cheese 'crackers' (nuke some cubes or piles of grated cheese in the microwave till crispy)? I often put a small pack of these in my pocket for 'emergencies'!

if they serve a spinach/artichoke dip, that's usually far lower in carbs than any of the normal appetizers. ask them for that and a plate full of celery sticks.

All weekends are dangerous. It's SO hard to go out with friends and be true to your diet.

When I go to Buffalo Wild Wings I get naked tenders (grilled chicken, not breaded) and celery sticks with bleu cheese dressing. I went last night with friends (husband included) and they all made fun of me...(I also sipped water instead of my usual "bloody Mary" or "Blvd Wheat").

It was tough, but wow it's worth it.
