Angry No (Good) Change

Is there any hope for someone who cannot stick to induction but otherwise maintains on this diet? I do fine except for I have to have seeds, 1/2 of a 1/3 cup every other day or so....I've gained back to my starting weight after having lost 6 lbs in the first three weeks. I'm drinking enough water to need to be near a restroom every half hour. Do you suppose the salt from the sunflower seeds (and the calories) could have made me swell back to my original uncomfortable size? I woke up ready to cry after looking at myself and the scale.
If it wasn't for this forum, and my New Revolution book.....

when i first started this last year, i was going to horse show after horse show and eating alot of seeds, and the salt must have done me in, i have cut them completely out, and finally started moving downward. the sodium makes me retain water no matter how much water i drink.

Thanks, 2Brickie. You voice of experience is appreciated! I also noticed I ate BBQ pork rinds today, so no wonder I am swelled up like my old self! Maybe it's a good thing to feel awful from eating better than I used to eat and feel awful, LOL!

Also, thanks for the tip on the oil of Oregano while it was still on sale at Fred Meyer! :-)
