Ready to do this again !!

[SIZE=2][FONT=Comic Sans MS] Hello everyone !! I am psyched and ready to go back to Low Carbing again. I have done this before with much success. Sad to say, I gave in to the temptations of sweets and breads and regained 10 lbs of what I had lost. But, with a new year comes a new start and I am ready to do this again. I have been lurking here on and off for close to a year and have found some great recipies and snack ideas. This is a great place to come for information, recipies, and of course support.
