Default diet drinks

I don't understand why you are not to have drinks containing aspartame? These drinks have 0 carbs so whats the harm in them? Just curious

Hi~

In some cases, diet soda's and diet drinks, (other then the use of SPLENDA) products "can" cause a stall to occur.

This can be true of coffee as well. This doesn't happen all the time, nor does it happen to each person.

In my case, I can drink diet drinks, with no ill effect, (right now) ~ of course you never know what the future brings.

Hang in there!

Actually, Dr Atkins advised caution with aspartame because of "questions about it's safety"...

Sometimes they cause headaches also, if you drink to much.
