I was wondering if cranberry suppliments would effect blood sugar? I am prone to UTI's, so I take them occasionally. The bottle I bought said that each pill is concentrated 32:1. That's a lot of cranberry.
Any ideas?

I checked a few supplements websites, but none were really specific about the cranberry extract. Most capsules contain 400mg of standardized extract .. that's 0.4 grams. Even if the extract was pure carbs, which it's not, then would still be less than 0.5g carbs per capsule.

Personally, I wouldn't worry about it. Drink lots and lots of water with the capsules, and should be fine.
