Question question HELP

ok i screwed up yesterday and ate chinese food and a butterfinger candy bar and tested for ketosis this morning and negative as i figured. Question is what do i do to get back into ketosis?

Mythreeson...

Okay...so you messed up. The first thing to do is forgive yourself. The second thing is to go back to what you were doing before you "fell off the wagon" so to speak. It may take a few days, but you'll get back into ketosis again. Try to think of this as just a temporary bump in the road and think about what caused you to eat what you did and how to avoid doing it in the future. Mistakes are only a bad thing when we don't learn from them.

We all do that once in a while. Just go right back to what you were doing before. Once again it will take you a few days to get there. Good luck!! you can do it

ok i have another question some where i saw that pork rinds dipped in sour cream was a good snack anyone tried it?
