Default Fetta Cheese

Hi I'm wondering if fetta cheese is okay to eat, I have been addicted to greek salad lately. When I find something I like I seem to eat it forever until I can't stand it any more. Could I be over doing it with the fetta?

I eat it regularly, too. It's fine as long as you count the carbs. To look them up, go to Tools at the top of this page, then use the Carb Counter. Just be sure to spell it "feta" and you'll find it.

It's ok but you have to watch the sodium in it. It's very, very salty -- could result in water retention.

Exclamation Feta

Being the greek i am, i am totally devoted to feta. prefer it over other cheeses in fact, not to mention, the diversity of the cheese.
It's absolutely fantastic mixed with sauteed spinach in an omelet.
It's fantastic melted on top of protein.
Its fantastic in a greek country salad.
It rocks!!

Feta and other goat cheeses are quite low carb. Enjoy.

Thank you all for the info. I can now resume guilt free to my favorite food right now. That is of course until I finally get sick of it. I tend to do that, eat something until I can't stand it anymore. Well thanks again happy low carbing.
