Lately I've been having a lot of dreams about breaking my diet.... I've had three or four of these recently. Last night I found myself dreaming of eating a bowl of Mac&Cheese, but once I realized what I was doing I threw it away. I haven't even been having cravings for starchy foods or anything like that... and Mac&Cheese hasn't been one of my "binging" foods for over ten years.

Does anyone else have dreams where they find themselves eating foods they shouldn't be? I'm always so relieved when I wake up and realize that I haven't really gone off this WOL... lol!

I have. I also had dreams about smoking long after quitting. I guess we dream about what we can't have... I'm sure one of these nights I'll dream of Tom Selleck eating a Krispy Kreme and holding out a pack of cigarettes.

I have the smoking dreams occassionally, but not the eating dreams. Odd.

Since starting LCing, I have had the wildest, most vivid dreams! Glorious Technicolor dreams of the silliest things, and they seem so real! You know how sometimes you can say to yourself, "Hey, dummy, this is just a dream!". Well, I never clue in, not even when I discover that the cupboard in the living room is actually a dry cleaning machine that will wash, iron, fold, and package my husband's shirts, and then match them with a tie!
BTW, we don't have a cupboard in the living room.
Housework I have dreams about, but not food.
I have had dreams where I'm smoking, though, and it's been five years since I quit.

OOOhhhh... Tom Selleck doing HOUSEWORK, smoking and eating a Krispy Kreme..... even BETTER!

oooooooo.. Tom Selleck barely dressed (gotta leave something to the imagination), doing housework, smoking and eating a Krispy Kreme...Looking deep into your eyes and asking if there is anything else you might need...the laundry folded, perhaps?

but yea i do have weird dreams... like the dreams about gorging on chocolate or smores OMG ....
