Well week 2 is up....

Gonna stay on the induction, I lost 6 lbs. the first week and got REALLY excited. Only lost 1 lb. the second week and kinda bumbed, but i've read that it gets better. I'm the darkest purple on the ketosticks so I must be doing something right. Thanks for all the support I've had here, it really helps alot.
