Salmon with Prosciutto
I just wanted to share a recipe that my husband made for dinner.
Salmon and Prosciutto
Take one salmon filet per person - skin it
preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
In an oven safe skillet, preheat with a small amount of canola oil -
place a thin slice of prosciutto on each side of the salmon fillet.
Saute about 1 1/2 minutes on medium heat - flip the filets and cook an additional 1 1/2 minutes - transfer the pan to the oven and cook apx 5 to 7 minutes more according to how thick the filets are and how done you like it.
The prosciutto gets very crispy and the fish stays moist - yummy!
