Default oil of oregano

I just bought the oil ( oil of oregano) now iam looking on what do i do with it ? i have seen so many posts in thr past over this, but now i can't find the info on it again ? can someone Please help me with this? how many drops do i take and what is the easiest way ?mix it with what ? etc thanks

Go to the green search bar and type Oil and Oregano. Or go to the supplements section. I started taking it and love it!

Ask yourself what are you using it for. It is not a magic pill for weight loss but does add antioxidants to your system and is helpful in fighting yeast overgrowth so it would help IF you have that problem.

I have no positive results from OoO personally.
I also hate the burp taste.

I'll second JagBender. I actually GAINED weight while taking the OoO, but I took the capsules (not the oil) and I read here somewhere that is supposedly makes a difference...

IMO, it's a good idea to NOT take it on an empty stomach. That lessens the chance of getting oregano-burps all day

because I'd send them to you at no charge. I tried a bottle and they didn't do a thing except lighten my wallet and remind me of some of the delicious foods I used to enjoy before starting low carb........pesto being one of them.
