Hi! I am somewhat new to the low-carb lifestyle, only starting the Atkins Diet about two months ago. I have lost about 12 pounds and am feeling better than I have ever felt before. I have to admit, though, that doing without bread is a toughie! Anyone out there have a decent tasting recipe for low-carb bread? The first recipe I tried I wouldn't even feed to the birds for fear of killing them. I have been buying some low-carb bread that is pretty decent but expensive. Any ideas?

Hi Karen, welcome to the boards, Congrats on the weight loss! Bread is a hard one for me too. I have heard some good reviews on some of the low carb bread mixes you can buy from Keto or Atkins, not sure which ones they said were good though. A good place to check out is the recipe threads and the low carb product reviews.
