Hi!
Hi all, I just stumbled on a copy of "Protien Power" that a friend of mine has. I liked what I read.
She is super in shape too, I must admit I have always been skeptical of this diet but I am giving it a try.
Kind of tough, I am used to looking for the low fat version on everything, but it turns out that is usually the highest carb version!.
Low carb/ high protien is tougher for me being a vegetarian, but I actually make a homemade meat substitiute that says it's high protien, very low carb, so here we go!
